Refashion provides a regularisation process for earlier activity. The periods and data required depend on the activity start date and the producer's existing compliance history.

Example: an online range combines clothing and home accessories

Shirts, ordinary footwear and qualifying bed linen can follow TLC, while decorative furnishing textiles or electronically integrated products may require another stream. The catalogue is split before the Refashion declaration is prepared.
